Mounting them on my tower was straight forward and they're attached solidly. As far as the sound quality goes, they've got plenty of volume and for 8 inchers i'm guessing the 300 watts is about accurate- in terms of juice use, nothing extravagant or any more than my last ones but the housing seems better made.
Seems to me like this is Basically car components put into a protective splash proof housing. My toys just got better!

i have 4 tied to the crashbar on a renegade. i have a 1000 watt 4 channell pyramid slappin these badboys and a pyle 12" sub.

my rigs a mudder with loud pipes (headers 350 shortblock) it's loud!! these scream past that.

put it this way.....i turn up my system in the parking lot at the ball field and hear it at center field. if you want no maintenance this is it, screamin audio, this is it.
