I debated on getting the Fish TV Plus 7 for a couple of years. We fish a lot, both ice fishing and from a boat, docks and the bank. I knew my son would love it and I thought it might be fun but didn't expect it would work very well. Finally pulled the trigger and now wonder why I waited so long. What a fun little fishing toy. Dropping it down and seeing fish staring into the camera is fun but I have really enjoyed seeing what's below the surface to better target my fishing. The camera worked great right out of the box. Visability is pretty limited in low light and you can't really tell which direction the camera is pointing but I think something can be rigged up to help with the direction. Anyway, it's a cool little fishing toy that I would recommend based on my experience.

this is pretty neat haven't been offshore yet to use it but have tested it around the house and it works great
